I believe in the power of human thinking, which led us to the most amazing things in the world. I believe that people are not resources, but unique individuals with a heart and soul. The responsibility of leaders is to unlock their full potential through a supportive environment which encourages employees to express their honest opinions, true personalities. Because diversity always leads to better results.

I always put customer interests in the first place, because I believe the best advertisement is a satisfied customer. The second priority is engagement, since a company's most valuable clients are its oldest ones.

If you want to motivate me, don't give me a raise. Give me meaningful tasks which make me feel I can make someone else's life better. I work hard if it makes sense and I can create something valuable. But as soon as corporate bullsh*t kicks in, I lose interest.
