I am currently working as Lead Frontend Developer in a special expert team in OTP Bank. My team’s purpose is to deliver platform solutions for other engineering teams and provide support for these products. Our portfolio contains standard libraries, UI component libraries, skeleton applications, etc.

In my previous role I was leading a team of 15 frontend developers. I have experience in people management, mentoring, and hiring processes. The professional side of this position requires the creation and execution of strategic goals, such as defining the tech stack, the regular review of coding guidelines, considering security and governance aspects of our operation.
Frontend Developer
January 2021 - April 2023
Development of the new OTP Internetbank, using Angular + Typescript. We used very strict Typescript config and wrote custom ESLint rules, in order to enforce better code quality and keep the code well-organized. Banking standards and the huge amount of users required careful development and operation.

I started my frontend developer career at Shiwaforce which is a vendor of OTP Bank, then later I’ve been hired as an internal employee. Before I started working on the new OTP Internetbank project, I was working on the website project of OTP Bank, which consisted of a bit more sitebuild and accessibility heavy tasks.
Other experiences
February 2013 - November 2017
Before starting my IT career, I used to work as a marketing manager at different companies. I planned and managed online marketing campaigns, built smaller websites and landing pages. This experience was very useful for me as a developer, since I could observe my projects from a different point of view.
